Mr. Kimble represents clients in individual and class action lawsuits to recover damages for unpaid wages, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.  He is passionate about the issues that face working people, and is proud to represent employees who find themselves in disputes with their employers.

Before returning home to Ohio in 2015, Mr. Kimble worked for a plaintiff-side employment law firm in New York City. His practice focused on the representation of tipped employees, employees misclassified as salaried or independent contractors, commissioned employees, and others in individual and class actions. He also represented employees who were wrongfully terminated or faced discrimination, harassment, or retaliation in the workplace. Mr. Kimble has successfully litigated against companies of all kinds, from single-location restaurants, to government agencies, to international corporations. He has helped thousands of clients recover millions of dollars.

Mr. Kimble graduated with honors from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, he worked at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he helped to mediate and resolve hundreds of employment disputes of all shapes and sizes. Additionally, he served in Cardozo’s renowned Immigration Justice Clinic, where he represented immigrants facing deportation from the United States, and lobbied the Department of Justice alongside immigrant advocacy groups. Mr. Kimble received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton.

Mr. Kimble is a native of Dayton, Ohio. In his spare time, he serves as an assistant coach to the Dayton Dunbar High School Boy’s Soccer Team. He also enjoys reading, exercising, spending time with friends and family, and Dayton Flyers basketball.
